At the time a service company registers to be a member of the get3bids.com service directory, get3bids checks for active licenses with either the city or county and the states contractors board. Also, at the initial registration time, get3bids.com checks insurance coverage and bonding requirements as provided by the service company.

Get3bids.com does not make any guarantees that service companies are appropriately licensed, insured, and/or bonded. Get3bids.com recommends all service companies be checked out by property managers for the appropriate documentations of license and insurance. Get3bids.com will not be held responsible or liable for any disputes or damages arising from a property manager not personally checking the validity of the service companies license, insurance, and references.
